A candle set spa gift basket makes a great gift for your friend, co-worker, mother, sister, aunt or any other woman who enjoys candles and spa products. Most everyone does, so you really can't go wrong. The first thing you should do is consider what the recipient likes or doesn't like. For example if their favorite scent is lavender you could feature products scented with it. You can also color coordinate your basket or give it a particular theme. The supplies needed to create one of these baskets can be purchased at any craft store, although you'll need to go elsewhere for the actual products.
Your local drugstore is a great place to buy beauty products because they are affordable and accessible. Many companies that make these products are gearing them towards women who want a spa experience at home. Many of the products on store shelves feature organic ingredients and aromatherapy benefits just like what top spas use. Buying the products first is a good idea because then you'll know what size basket you need. You can go small with as little as three products or go large with lots more than that. When choosing a basket look for one with some depth because you're going to want to nestle the products in a base of shredded paper or faux grasses. Fill the basket so that the contents show over the top of it for the most attractive look. You can wrap the completed gift basket in colored cellophane or shrink wrap and finish off with a pretty ribbon or bow. A personalized card makes the perfect finishing touch. The recipient of your gift is sure to be touched by the effort and time you've put into her gift. Of course she would also be happy with a pre-packaged candle set spa gift basket, but it wouldn't have that personal touch.
